Your links for the webinar will be emailed to you 1-2 days prior to the class. You will receive an AM session link and a PM session link. Reminders will also be sent 24 hours and 1 hour prior to the class.
Effective 1/1/2022, all CIC and CISR exams will be online, even for in-person classes. You will access your online exams and submit proctor requests through your National Alliance PROfile page.
The exam window will begin immediately after the course concludes through the following Thursday at 11:59 pm Central Time Zone. Please note: The exam help inbox (examhelp@scic.com) support coverage remains open during normal operational business hours 8:00 am – 5:00 pm Central Time Zone. Any request for help outside of normal business hours will be responded to upon the next business day.
Taking/passing the exam is NOT required to earn CE for this course. It is only required if you are pursuing the designation.
