This AI curriculum is designed specifically for insurance agency leaders, equipping them with the knowledge and skills to leverage artificial intelligence effectively in their organizations. The program focuses first on building a solid understanding of AI fundamentals, then on the opportunities for AI to make a profound impact on operational workflows and efficiencies. It explores the potential impact of AI on both the employee and customer experience, and on assessing your agency’s AI readiness and how to collaborate across the talent spectrum to fully develop your AI strategy.
Audience: Insurance agency leaders including principals, business practice leaders, team leaders, operations managers, etc.
Level: This is a beginner level curriculum. The first workshop offers an overview of the AI concepts, terminology, and functionality, with use case examples relevant to the insurance agency business. Workshop Two builds off the foundational elements to identify your agency’s AI readiness and “low-hanging fruit” opportunities. Workshop Three focuses on implementation priorities and change management strategies to get your people interested and engaged, explores the basics of AI ethics and governance, and provides tools to draft your AI strategic plan.
Assignments: This is a collaborative and interactive curriculum. Participants will be expected to complete all assignments, contribute to discussions, and equally participate in breakout activities. All participants need to arrive with their cameras and microphones working.
