This course is part of a National Designation program called the Certified Professional Insurance Agent (CPIA). Each class can be taken as a standalone class
Participants will focus on fulfilling the implied promises contained in the insuring agreement.
CLASS TOPICS:
- Review methods of providing evidence of insurance coverage
- Discuss policies and procedures for controlling errors and omissions including policy review and delivery, endorsements, claims-processing, and handling of client complaints
- Review of Professional Expectations; the Law of Agency; and Legal and Ethical Standards
- Discuss tips for preventing Errors & Omissions
Note: No exams are required for this designation.
