The LEAD Forward: Strategic Leadership Development Program empowers leaders to amplify their impact and drive organizational success. This program strengthens strategic planning capabilities by exploring into critical areas such as organizational strategy, talent planning, and future business vision, equipping leaders to navigate and shape long-term success.
Each live, instructor-led, virtual workshop is 90 minutes of practical skill-based content and realistic situations with group-problem solving conversations. Leaders will collaborate using a community in Miro.

Collaboration Board: The program includes access to a Miro Board for all participants to contribute and collaborate on breakout room assignments, conversations, individual posts, and resources.
Pricing to attend all six workshops: $400 for MAIA Members / $700 for non-members.
